Shipping Costs and Carriers

We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs low. For customers purchasing under $500, we offer affordable flat rate shipping for $5.00. There is no minimum order since we feel precious metals should be available far any budget, small or large. Free shipping is available for orders $500 and up. Below are our current shipping rates:

     • $0-$499 Orders -  $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping

     • $500+ Orders - FREE Shipping, Insurance, and Signature 

All orders ship via USPS or UPS using First Class or Priority Mail.  Based on your address and order contents, we will select the most efficient carrier and method of mail at our discretion.  Packages will be shipped securely and give no indication of contents.  You will be notified by email when your package ships.

International Shipping - At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

Exceptions:  These are our standard shipping policies.  If for some reason a different method of shipping is preferred, please contact us prior to ordering to make alternative shipping arrangements.

 

Shipping Terms and Conditions 

Free shipping is based upon order subtotal.  If your order is $500 or more, and you live anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states), shipping is on us!  Currently, we only accept orders and ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped only after receipt of good funds. The method of payment will determine the time in which the orders are shipped.  

All orders ship via USPS or UPS and will be determined based on order contents and shipping destination.  Orders shipped via USPS will be shipped First Class or Priority.  All orders will be fully insured and orders over $500 will include signature confirmation requiring a signature to be received..

Multiple orders may not be combined.

 

Our Guarantee

Our goal is for every order, large or small, to be shipped on time and at a reasonable cost.  It will be packaged to protect the contents and to protect your confidentiality.  In the event that the shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in-transit, we will work with the carrier to recover the package or exchange damaged products, and failing that, will file an insurance claim in order to provide replacement product or a full refund.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for an exchange or refund.
