1974 1 Oz Deseret Industries Round BU

Due to the content of the round, it was probably produced by Mormons in Utah. The mint and mintage are unknown, but the round is uncommon.  

Obverse: The obverse depicts the moon in the foreground with the earth rising in the background. Some continents can be seen along with cloud patterns. Phrases referring to silver in several languages surround the central image. They read "PURE SILVER", "ARGENT MASSIF", "PLATA PURA", "RENES SILBER", and a Chinese inscription. The composition of ".999 SILVER" is located immediately above the central image. The date "1974" can be found at the bottom

Reverse: The central feature of the reverse is a variety of symbols and images representing trade and industry. Oil refineries, a stack of coins, wheat, and a representation of the atom are all depicted. At the center is a beehive inscribed with the words "TRUST", "THRIFT", "INDUSTRY", and "DESERET". The text of "1 AG" and "ONE TROY OUNCE" can be found among the images. Circumscribing the central image are the phrases "THE INTERNATIONAL" at the top and "SILVER TRADE UNIT" at the bottom. The weight of "31.1 GRAMS" and "480 GRAINS" can be found along the outer edge at the left and right respectively. Heads of wheat separate the two inscriptions. S
