Second year of BU issue. Harder to find with a more limited mintage than 2014.
Obverse: The obverse depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The fourth portrait, of the 70-year-old Queen, was in use between 1998 and 2014. Since 2015, the fifth coin portrait has been used. The text surrounding the portrait includes the Queen's title "ELIZABETH II", the issuing country of "ISLE OF MAN", and the date of issue "2014". The individual phrases are separated by the triskelion (3 armored legs), a motto of the Isle of Man.
Reverse: The reverse illustrates Archangel Michael fighting the dragon. The design is framed by an elaborate Viking knit motif border with the island's coat of arms, the triskelion, appearing at the top. The composition and weight of "AG .999 1 OUNCE" is inscribed in small lettering beneath the dragon. The lower inscription reads "ANGEL", the name of the series. The mint mark "PM" can be found at the lower left. From 2010 to 2015, the Angel still faced right, but in a more upright position. The Angel changed back to the left-facing pose starting in 2016.
