Somalia

Somalia has produced two collectible bullion series, both minted by the Bavarian State mint. Their first, and longest running series, is the popular Elephant series (2004-current). The series began with the country of Zambia which issued the coins from 1999 through 2003. A second series called Somalia Wildlife began in 2018. Thus far, it has predominantly featured leopards. If the past is any indication of the future, any future series will be produced in conjunction with Bavarian State Mint.
