1974 1 Oz US Silver Corp Eagle/Globe Round BU

Uncommon US Silver Corp round.

Obverse: The central image on the obverse depicts a right-facing eagle taking flight. It is surrounded underneath by sprigs of ivy.  The four words in the company's name "UNITED STATES SILVER CORPORATION" are inscribed along the outer edge starting at the 9 o'clock position.  Underneath the word "STATES" the date of 1958 can be found which is the founding date for the company.

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is a map of the globe with sprigs of ivy on the left and the right.  Large inscriptions of "WORLD TRADE" and "AND COMMERCE" are located at the top and bottom of the round.  The weight of the round "ONE TROY OUNCE /31.1 GRAMS-480 GRAINS" is located below the upper inscription.  The purity of ".999+ PURE SILVER" and the date of 1974 are inscribed above the lower inscription.
