Obverse: On the obverse of the coin is the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. This coin collection uses the fourth-generation right-profile portrait from Ian Rank-Broadley that was created in 1998. The effigy is surrounded by two feathers. Inscribed around the outer edge of the obverse is the term "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL BANK" from left to right across the top. From left to right across the bottom are the purity "1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER", "QUEEN ELIZABETH II", and the denomination "TWO DOLLARS".
Reverse: The reverse depicts a beautifully ornate Irish harp, with various sizes of four-leaf clovers arranged on either side. The rim-band is filled with a detailed Celtic knot rope. Inscriptions include "MONTSERRAT" at the top, with the issue date "2019" just below. At the bottom is the inscription "EMERALD ISLE OF THE CARIBBEAN" with alternating sizes of dots filling the gap at the rim-band on either side.
